02 Special Biometric Data Notice

  • For residents of Illinois, Washington or Texas, where identity verification or authentication requires a photograph or video, data derived from the face may be considered biometric data.
  • That data is used only to verify or authenticate identity and prevent fraud.
  • Biometric data is retained only as long as required for those purposes, up to three years.

03 What Personal Information We Collect

  • Mailing or street address
  • Mobile telephone number
  • Email address
  • Age or date of birth
  • Nationality
  • Government-related identifiers such as licence, passport, ID card, Medicare, birth or marriage certificate details
  • Indicators of fraudulent activity
  • Information visible on scanned ID documents
  • Biometric information derived from photographs or video where applicable
  • Device, connection, geolocation and IP information
  • Other personal information reasonably required to provide services

05 Third-Party Data Access and Consent

  • Our software may integrate with Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive, Xero and similar platforms.
  • Access to such data occurs only with explicit user consent.
  • Users retain control and can revoke access through connected platform permissions or account settings.
  • Information obtained from Google APIs is handled under the applicable Google API Services User Data Policy including Limited Use requirements.
