Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern use of BlueBricks hosted electronic signature and related services accessed through the website or affiliated pages.
By using the hosted services or depositing documents into the system, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions together with the applicable service plan and incorporated policies.
If you do not agree, you should not use the services.

Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms and Conditions by posting updates on the site or notifying users by email.
Continued use of the services after updates are posted may be treated as acceptance of those updates.

Key Definitions
Account — a unique customer account for accessing the hosted services
Authorized User — an individual user registered under the account
Customer Data — personal data and other data provided by or on behalf of the customer
Hosted Services — BlueBricks on-demand electronic signature and related online services
Service Plan — the commercial plan governing access, fees and usage
System — the software, infrastructure and hardware used to deliver the services

Hosted Services
BlueBricks provides the hosted services in material conformance with the published specifications.
Customers may use the services through registered authorised users, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
BlueBricks is not a party to any underlying contract or transaction processed through the service.
Customers remain responsible for document content, transaction legality, recipient authentication choices and compliance with applicable electronic signature laws.

Responsibility for Content
Customers are solely responsible for the nature and content of materials processed through their account.
The services must not be used for unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, threatening, obscene or harmful content.
We may suspend use or disable content if there is a legitimate concern regarding misuse.

Pricing, Service Plans and Usage
Prices, features and options depend on the selected service plan.
Additional seats, users, envelopes or optional services may incur extra charges.
Unused allowances may expire at the end of the relevant billing period.
If usage exceeds reasonable limits for a plan, the account may be moved to a higher tier where permitted.

Support and Storage
Customer support is provided in line with the selected service plan.
Documents are stored according to the service plan terms.
Customers may retrieve and store copies outside the system during the active term.
Certain uncompleted documents may be deleted after expiry or termination.

Fees and Payment
Customers must provide accurate payment details.
Charges may be billed in advance, in arrears, or as otherwise specified for the plan.
Late or unpaid balances may attract additional charges or collection action as allowed by law.

Term and Termination
The term begins when the account is registered and continues until the account is terminated.
Customers may terminate in accordance with the applicable notice requirements.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for default, policy breaches, non-payment, security risks or other serious misuse.

Warranties and Disclaimer
Customers provide warranties regarding lawful use, account control, and accuracy of submitted information.
Except for any express warranties stated in the agreement, the hosted services are provided on an “as is” basis.
To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed.

Liability, Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
Liability is limited to the extent set out in the agreement and applicable law.
Confidential information must be protected and used only for the purpose for which it is disclosed.
BlueBricks retains ownership of its intellectual property, technology and service-related rights except where expressly stated otherwise.

Privacy and General Provisions
Use of personal information collected through the site is governed by the applicable BlueBricks privacy policy.
General provisions such as notices and other standard legal terms apply as set out in the governing agreement.
